Yes, you can enroll in more than 1 class as far as the schedule is not overlapping.

We offer a wide range of subjects focused on STEM and essential communication skills, including:

  • Math (Competition and Academic)
  • Biology (including USABO preparation)
  • Physics (including F=ma preparation)
  • Chemistry (including USNCO preparation)
  • Earth Science (including USESO preparation)
  • National Science Bowl (NSB) Prep
  • Public Speaking

Our programs are primarily designed for middle school students aiming for advanced STEM proficiency and competitive excellence, we encourage you to contact us for specific course prerequisites and age recommendations.

Our Summer Crash Course is an intensive program designed to jumpstart a student's knowledge in their chosen subject. It is ideal for students looking to gain a competitive edge before the academic year begins or to quickly master fundamental concepts.

At this time all classes are in-person.

Yes! We have sections on our site dedicated to Volunteering  Jobs. If you are passionate about STEM education and want to help students succeed, we encourage you to explore those pages to see current openings and opportunities.

 No. It’s an in-person class.

At this point, It’s $150 for each class signup. A student can only sign-up for a max of two classes.

There will be 8 Sessions, Saturdays, July 11th – Aug 29th.

We have two timeslots:

    (1) 10 AM to 11:30 AM

    (2) 11:30 AM to 1 PM.

Each of the sessions such as Math / Physics / … will be assigned to either Slot #1 or Slot #2.

We will decide which events will be assigned to Slot #1 (or) Slot #2 by mid May, after looking at registrations and to ensure minimal conflicts.

Both.  On the individual subjects: Physics/ Chemistry / Biology / Earth Science – they will be geared towards Science Olympiad events and fundamentals. These concepts will help towards NSB as-well.

On the NSB focused session, we will cover NSB related topics across all subjects. For details, please refer: National Science Bowl Bootcamp | North Star Prep

Depends on where the student wants to expand their skills further. If the student has not yet decided on a specific Science focus – Math & Public Speaking would be a good option. Physics / Chemistry / Biology & Earth Science for students interested in STEM and / or STEM competitions.

We will split the class to two groups based on the signups, and plan for junior & senior group sessions. Might be a challenge if there are too few lower grade students – and if we cannot accommodate, we will 100% refund the money.
