This role is designed for an expert who can translate complex biological systems into winning strategies for students. You will prepare high-potential middle schoolers for the rigors of Science Olympiad (events such as Anatomy & Physiology, Microbe Mission, or Ecology) and the National Science Bowl, fostering a deep-seated intuition for cellular architecture and metabolic pathways.

 We are seeking a sharp, enthusiastic Physics Instructor to prepare high-performing middle school students for competitive physics contests, specifically targeting foundational preparation for F=ma and the Physics Bowl. In this role, you will lead engaging, in-person classes of 10 students, translating advanced mechanics and problem-solving strategies into interactive lessons. Through guided problem-solving, intuitive demonstrations, and rigorous contest practice, you will help young thinkers master Newton’s laws, build strong physical intuition, and develop the speed and accuracy needed to excel in national physics competitions. 

Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, patient, and engaging Public Speaking Mentor to teach middle school students, the fundamentals of confident communication. In this role, you will lead lively, in-person classes of 10 students, using interactive activities, public speaking games, and structured practice to help young speakers overcome shyness, structure their thoughts, and find their unique voice. 

Role Overview:

 We are seeking a fast-thinking, highly knowledgeable National Science Bowl Instructor to coach and train high-achieving middle school students for competitive Science Bowl tournaments. In this role, you will lead dynamic, in-person classes of 10 students, combining rigorous subject-matter coaching across Earth & Space Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Math with high-stakes buzzer practice. You will proctor timed mock matches, teach strategic buzzing techniques—such as recognition speed and risk-calculated guessing—and foster effective team communication to prepare students for regional and national competition success.

 Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, hands-on CAD Design & 3D Printing Instructor to introduce middle school students to the fundamentals of 3D modeling, digital fabrication, and spatial problem-solving. In this role, you will lead interactive, in-person classes of 10 students, guiding them through computer-aided design (CAD) software, slicer configuration, and 3D printer operation. Through project-based learning and practical design challenges, you will help young makers turn their ideas into physical objects while teaching core principles of engineering design, measurement precision, and iterative prototyping.
